We offer a vast service of online courses around the world through online learning platforms (Teams, Zoom and Webex).

Quality in the development and delivery of Speakwell courses
• For each language and level, we develop programs and materials specifically tailored to the needs of students/clients.
• Classes are participatory and interactive, based on practical cases, role-play, exercises, games, etc.
• We have implemented a rigorous process of evaluation and feedback to students in order to promote the objective of continuous improvement.
Quality of our employees
• Teachers are native or bilingual and trained in the interactive methodology of Speakwell courses.
• The Pedagogical Coordination team has extensive experience in the development and management of Speakwell courses and in the management and evaluation of teachers.
• The focus of the Customer Care department is to ensure quality in all administrative services provided to customers.
Process Quality
• Speakwell (Department of Professional Training in Companies) is certified by DGERT (General Directorate of Employment and Labor Relations), a certification that requires high quality standards throughout the education value chain to ensure continuous improvement in processes, from the first contact to the final evaluation of the course.
• Speakwell (School Department) is recognized by the Ministry of Education to operate as a language school.
